Description:Not that you guys are at the level where you worry about promotions yet, but my next big promotion is to Director. Just a few examples. If you get high quality roles at a good company you will be valuable elsewhere. Can you comment at all on this structure? I know that this is a very broad question, but I'd just like to get an idea of the type of experiences I should look for if I am interested in managing operations for a F, in a COO-type capacity. Different companies organize themselves differently obviously, but in my experience the strategy team if one exists will be outside of finance,and often will be a direct report function to the CEO. During budget this analyst helps budget sales and SGP, explain key drivers, etc
